Safety and control
You decide what the team may do on its own. Everything else waits for your yes, and you can stop it all with one button.
You set how hands-on to be
For each kind of work, choose: act alone, act and report, ask first, or never. Start cautious and loosen it when you’re ready.
Three starting points
Cautious
Everything that leaves the business or spends money waits for a yes.
Balanced
Agents spend inside your budgets and report; everything else that goes out asks first.
Hands-off
Agents act and report on routine work; systems, settings and deleting data still ask.
The right person says yes
Choose who approves what in each area, and who covers when they’re away. An approval runs exactly what was approved: nothing added, nothing changed.
Spending limits
Set a budget per area and a limit per purchase. Anything above it asks first. A blank limit always asks.
One pause button
Pause one expert or the whole team, at any time, from any screen. Nothing new starts until you resume.
A rule library you can read
Every rule the team follows is written in plain words. You can change the ones that are yours to change, and see who changed what.
Security that answers to you
Sasha, your security expert, checks every connection before it goes live and reports to you directly. No one can overrule a security finding.
Your data is walled off
Each business’s data is kept apart from every other client’s, and from your other businesses unless you connect them. Every action is logged.
Who can see your data
Your team, by the roles you give them. Chieffly support can look only to help you: read-only, with two-step sign-in, a written reason, and every view logged where you can see it. Support can never change your data.
Where your data is stored
In the United States, with our hosting providers. Passwords and full card, bank or ID numbers are never stored: if one turns up in a file, it’s removed before anything is saved.
