How a decision card works
Every question the team asks you is one card: the choice, the team’s recommendation and why, what it costs, and what happens if you say no. You can always pick “Something else”.
What “act and report” means
The team does the work, then tells you in your morning brief. You can undo anything that can be undone, and change the setting at any time.
Your first week
You answer the quick start, the team builds a first roadmap, and you pick three quick wins. Nothing goes out in your name until you’ve said how hands-on you want to be.
Bringing your history
A rough spreadsheet of last year’s sales is enough. The team checks what it is with you, and your goals start from real numbers.
Videos
Walk-through videos are on the way. Each one will have captions.
